“互联网+”背景下的物业管理创新研究【摘要】：随着国家发改委关于推进新型城镇化建设政策的出台以及居民对物业服务需求的提升，物业管理管理行业转型升级已成为大势所趋。同时在“互联网+”的大背景下，移动互联、人工智能、大数据应用以及云计算等技术的正不断普及，利用互联网思维与信息技术进行物业管理模式创新与应用已成为行业发展的重中之重。本文以物业管理模式创新为研究对象，在相关文献研究和资料数据收集的基础上，对我国物业管理行业的发展现状和问题进行分析，并探究产品、管理、运营三个维度的物业管理创新方向，利用 SOLOMO 模型构建移动互联物业平台同时结合万科物业“睿服务”体系的先进实践，运用规范案例研究的方法，对基于互联网的物业管理模式创新进行研究并提出相关结论与建议，论证了“互联网+物业管理”的模式创新，是我国物业管理行业转型升级的有效路径。【关键词】；互联网+；物业管理；模式创新Research on property management innovation under the background of "Internet plus"[Abstract] With the introduction of the national development and reform commission's new urbanization policy and the improvement of residents' demand for property services, the transformation and upgrading of the property management industry has become an irresistible trend.
