摘 要带式输送机是一种摩擦驱动以连续方式运输物料的机械,既可以进行松散物料的输送,如煤、碎石、砂、水泥、化肥、粮食等,也可以完成成件物品的输送,与各工业企业生产流程中的工艺过程的要求相配合,可形成有节奏的流水作业运输线,提高自动化程度。本文设计了一种长度在 6~10m 范围内、角度在 0°~30°、传送速度在0.5~2m/s 范围内可调的带式输送机。该输送机由主传动装置、伸缩装置、角度调节装置组成。文中为上述机构设计了传动方案,并根据方案进行了动力参数和运动参数的计算;根据计算结果合理地选择了电机、减速器等标准件,并在 Solidworks 软件中完成了主动辊轴系、托辊轴系、伸缩装置、角度调节装置、活动支架、固定支架等非标准件的结构设计;建立了输送机调节参数数学模型,为生产中的快速调节提供理论依据。关键词:可伸缩带式输送机;伸缩装置;角度调节装置;调节数学模型ABSTRACTBelt conveyor is a kind of friction drive mechanical transport materials in continuous way, which can both be bulk material conveying, such as coal, gravel, sand, cement, chemical fertilizer, food, etc., also be transmitted into finished products. The belt conveyor cooperates with the requirements of the technological process in the production process of each industrial enterprise, which can form a rhythmic flow line and improve the degree of automation. In this paper, a belt conveyor with adjustable length in the range of 6 ~ 10m, angle in the range of 0° ~ 30° and transmission speed in the range of 0.5 ~ 2m/s was designed. The conveyor was composed of a main transmission device, a telescopic device and an angle adjusting device. Transmission schemes were designed for the above mechanisms, then the dynamic parameters and motion parameters were calculated according to the schemes.
