(论文)摘 要为乡村发展寻找突破新路径的乡村振兴战略提出后，临安区马上积极响应，通过全域环境整治、全面拆整归零、打造村落景区来因地制宜发展乡村旅游，促进农村产业升级，优化生态环境，宣扬文明乡风，提升生活质量。但文化内涵挖掘不深入、统筹规划不到位导致旅游产品创新不足、单一化同质化严重；缺乏全面系统的人才引进和培训机制导致相关从业人员专业水平、服务水平不高；经营理念较为落后没有充分开拓市场；资金分配不合理导致基础设施建设不完善等问题依然存在，并且阻碍了乡村旅游业的进一步发展。英国丰富多样的乡村旅游主题，日本和教育、民俗、节日相结合的强力乡村旅游宣传方式，以及贵州万峰林景区发展的智慧化旅游模式为临安区提供了新的思路和启发。临安区政府在未来应当加强宏观调控，尽快规范相关的法律法规，对乡村旅游业提供合理资金支持，保障相关方的各项权益；大力保护各个旅游区的自然生态资源、历史文化资源等乡村旅游资源；加强旅游产品的特色，提供新颖有趣的旅游项目；对基础设施进行改造升级，融入乡村的同时保障游客的舒适便利出行；多方合作引进高端人才，规范人员培训系统；结合市场实际扩大目标客户范围，并根据目标人群定位实行多渠道的宣传方式；和互联网相结合，采用“O2O (online to offline)” 营销模式，进一步促进临安区乡村旅游业的发展，推动乡村振兴。- I -关键词： 乡村振兴，乡村旅游，发展模式(论文)Research on How Lin’an Govenment develops Rural TourismAbstractAfter the rural revitalization strategy for finding a new path for rural development was proposed, Lin'an District government immediately responded positively to promote the upgrading of rural industries, optimize the ecological environment, improve the quality of life and promote the development of rural tourism.
