当前社区戒毒存在的问题及对策研究摘 要：社区戒毒是一种新的戒毒模式，由于我国社区戒毒起步比较晚，目前社区戒毒大都处于探索和研究阶段。目前我国社区戒毒工作主要面临着法律法规不健全、社区戒毒认识不足、经费投入过少、缺乏专业社区戒毒队伍，社区戒毒人员难以管控等问题。为此，我国社区戒毒应从以下几方面加以规制，建立健全社区戒毒法律法规，加强社区戒毒法律保障；加强相关社区戒毒工作的宣传教育；制定出行之有效的管理措施；改善服务和社区环境；建立专业化的工作队伍；增加经费投入；从而不断提高和改善我国社区戒毒环境，推进社区戒毒向前发展。关键词：社区戒毒 现状 原因 对策。Abstract: Community drug treatment is a new model, due to relatively late start of community rehabilitation, the current exploration and community drug treatment are at the research stage. At present, China is facing the community drug treatment is mainly inadequate laws and regulations, lack of community drug awareness and funds invested too little, lack of specialist community drug teams, community drug addicts is difficult to control and other issues.
