I摘 要上海市作为中国超大城市之一，具有人口密度大、土地资源稀缺等特征，因此选择合理的处理垃圾技术显得尤为关键。本文选取上海市为研究对象，通过数据的收集和统计，从 2010 年至 2018 年生活垃圾产量、处理现状着手研究，从经济、环境、社会、技术四个方面因素选取 15 个评价指标，运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法结合上海市生活垃圾处理方法的主要方法：卫生填埋技术、垃圾焚烧技术、堆肥技术和综合处理技术，通过实证对比研究分析，得出的结果表示出堆肥处理、卫生填埋处理、综合处理、焚烧处理这四种方法的最终评价得分为 53.1732、63.7144、64.7829、68.4888，得出采取焚烧处理方式为处理上海市的生活垃圾为最优处理方式。对于被广泛喻为“放错地方的资源”的垃圾，据统计垃圾资源浪费已达上百亿，垃圾问题严重到影响城市容貌建设、滞后城市化速度、违背新时代的生态文明观等许多现实问题。根据全文结合上海市生活垃圾处理现状，针对上海市生活垃圾存在的部分问题，提出优化建议。关键词：上海市生活垃圾；垃圾处理技术；模糊综合评价法AbstractAs one of China's megacities, Shanghai has the characteristics of large population density and scarce land resources, so it is particularly critical to choose a reasonable garbage disposal technology.
