1题目：浅析西藏地区医护人员工作满意度现状及其对策摘 要随着我国社会、经济的发展，人们对生活质量的要求越来越高，医疗卫生水平的高低是衡量人们生活质量水平高低的重要指标。人们越来越关注医护人员这个特殊群体，同时，医护人员作为个体，同时也是社会人，置身于复杂的人际关系当中,职业的特殊性和角色的多样性决定了医护人员面临较高的压力。因此，医护人员的工作满意度及其相关因素的研究，对预防和降低西藏地区的医护人员工作压力、提高工作效率和生活质量是十分有现实意义的。本文以西藏地区医护人员为例，对工作满意度及其相关因素进行了研究，希望为今后的研究提供有价值的素材。关键字：西藏地区医护人员，工作满意度，相关因素分析21AbstractAs China's social and economic development, with people’s improving requirement of the quality of life, whether the level of medical health is high or not become the standards which evaluate the quality of people’s life. medical staff become a special group in a special environment and get more and more attention from the society .At the same time, as individuals and social people ,medical staff are in a complex interpersonal relationship net and their professional particularity and variety make them face high pressure. Therefore, the researches about medical staff’s satisfaction and its related factors are meaningful to reducing their pressure and improving their working efficience and the quality of life.
