1摘 要随着这个时代的不断进步，科技的飞速发展，物流已经成为第三利润源，物流服务行业异军突起，物流遍布所有行业，在我国农产品物流领域之中也同样发挥着它巨大的作用，对于中国这个世界上首屈一指的农业强国，农业经济是目前我国的三大重要支柱性产业之一，作为推动国家基础工业和现代制造业快速发展的重要基石，其与国计民生的密切关系最为密切。本论文首先对国内外农产品物流进行对比分析，得出双方优缺点，再与莱阳梨的发展现状相结合，进行供应链的整体优化设计。莱阳梨在整个产品供应链经营运作之中，具有诸多可观的改善之处。可以在其他的种植、加工、包装、运输等诸多技术方面同时进行深层次的产品优化技术改造。本研究论文通过对莱阳问题梨的整个企业供应链管理模式的整体性分析出发，分层次、分阶段性的进一步的详细规划，提高整体工作效率，使整个流程更加绿色化。关键词：农产品供应链；流通模式；优化策略2AbstractWith the continuous progress of this era and the rapid development of science and technology, logistics has become the third source of profit.
