论企业绩效与股权结构关系摘要作为资本市场的主体，企业的绩效一直备受瞩目，而与其相互关联的股权结构以及内部控制质量也越来越受学者们的关注。对股权结构具有重要影响的股权分置改革部分已完成，由此带来的公司治理结构问题也在逐步完善当中，然而不断变化的股权结构为上市公司带来新挑战的同时，势必会在不同程度上影响企业内部控制的质量，最终决定企业的绩效水平，因此本文针对企业绩效与股权结构关系进行研究，最后提出一系列可行性建议，期望日后对相关企业的发展提供帮助。关键词：企业绩效；股权结构；治理AbstractAs the main body of the capital market, the performance of enterprises has been attracting more and more attention, and the related ownership structure and internal control quality have also been paid more and more attention by scholars.
