本科论文摘 要目前，互联网金融依托于自身开放、快捷且高效等自身优势，提高了传统金融的融资利用效率，优化了市场经济的业务运营模式，互联网金融与经济产业的不断融合，使其得以快速发展。但在互联网金融持续爆发性扩张的同时，隐藏的巨大风险逐步显露出来。现阶段对于互联网金融风险的分析已成为防范化解互联网金融风险、净化互联网金融环境的关键所在。本文基于互联网金融风险的分析及监管现状，从监管制度建设、风控预警机制、法律法规体系、社会信用建设、市场准入退出机制五方面提出防范与监管金融风险的对策建议。关键字：互联网金融，风险分析，风险防范监管本科论文AbstractAt present, relying on its own advantages such as openness, speed and efficiency, Internet finance has improved the efficiency of financing utilization of traditional finance, optimized the business operation model of market economy, and enabled it to develop rapidly. At present, the analysis of Internet financial risks has become the key to preventing and resolving Internet financial risks and purifying the Internet financial environment.
