论 文 题 目:酒店员工职业倦怠的根源及解决策略摘 要职业倦怠现象是指从事高强度高、人际接触频率的人员所产生的情绪衰竭、去个性化和个人成就感低落的症状。随着服务行业的高速发展,越来越多的人开始从事服务行业中 ,而酒店作为人口密集型产业,更是长时间与客人相处,导致职业倦怠现象在酒店服务人员中体现的尤为明显,近年来,国外学者围绕职业倦怠这一主题的研究成果甚丰,但与酒店行业相关的学术研究还较少,而且由于我国关于职业倦怠现象的研究起步较晚,所以目前我国与外国的研究成果还有一定差距。本论文的研究是以酒店基层员工为研究对象,从四个方面探索我国酒店从业人员产生职业倦怠的主要原因,分析因为职业倦怠现象对员工个人和酒店所造成的负面影响,并以为依据提供可以有效缓解职业倦怠专业现象的方式,从而提升酒店员工的工作质量和生活质量,帮助酒店管理层对员工可能产生职业倦怠的原因进行提前干预。关键词:酒店从业者;职业倦怠;干预措施AbstractJob burnout refers to the emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and low personal achievement of the people who are engaged in high intensity and high frequency of interpersonal contact.
