本科论文摘 要民营企业的治理模式在我国普遍采用的就是家族治理模式 ，同时，民营企业是我国非公有制经济的重要组成部分。我国经济的飞速发展，家族企业发挥了不可磨灭的作用，民营家族企业缓解了我国的就业压力，提高人民的幸福指数有着现实意义。然而，在倡导现代管理模式的今天，家族模式存在的问题日益突出，例如，家族企业任人唯亲，导致人才流失，资本运营不合理，家族制度不健全等是制约家族发展的重要因素。本文将从企业的发展出发，以财务管理为主题，探讨家族企业制度革新问题，针对其问题，提出解决措施，希望对家族制企业模式的改进与发展有所帮助。关键词：民营企业、家族制、财务管理本科论文AbstractThe family system mode is widely used by private enterprises in China.
