摘 要酒店业的迅速发展使得酒店对人才需求的大大增加,各大酒店除了在原有的社会招聘渠道外,也纷纷将眼光投向了即将毕业的高等院校的学生。实习生补充了岗位人员的不足的同时如何管理好实习生,成为行业内面临的问题。本文问卷调查,从酒店对实习生管理、学校对实习生管理、实习生自身、家庭对实习生管理四个方面对厦门万丽度假酒店中的实习生管理模式进行研究。分析厦门万丽度假酒店的实习生管理模式中存在一系列问题,并有针对性的提出提升策略。通过本文的探讨研究,为厦门万丽度假酒店管理实习生做出参考。关键词:实习生;管理模式;厦门万丽度假酒店AbstractWith the rapid development of the hotel industry,the demand for talents has been greatly increased.
