本科论文摘 要我国民营企业在这些年里得到了长足的发展，其在促进科技进步、增加就业岗位及提高国家财政收入等各方面都为我国的经济发展和社会稳定做出了重大贡献，在我国经济发展中占有重要地位。企业财务管理是企业管理的核心。但是民营企业在财务管理上存在着融资困难、财务机制不完善、家族式管理文化影响严重等问题，这制约了民营企业的进一步发展。本文首先对文章的前言进行阐述，然后从民营企业及其财务管理相关概念和理论等方面进行阐明，再经过文献调查来发现民营企业在筹资、投资、营运资金管理、分配及其他方面存在的财务管理问题，并寻找这些问题存在的根源，最后分析问题产生的原因并提出合理的建议和对策。关键字：民营企业，财务管理，问题探讨本科论文AbstractWith the continuous improvement of the market economy system, China's private enterprises have made great progress, they have made great contributions to the country's economic development and the maintenance of social stability, and have occupied an important position in the development of the national economy.Enterprise financial management is the core of enterprise management.However, there are some problems in the financial management of private enterprises, such as financing difficulty, imperfect financial mechanism, and serious influence of family management culture.This article first carries on the elaboration to the article foreword, then carries on the elaboration from the private enterprise and its financial management related concept and the theory and so on, then through literature investigation, we find the financial management problems of private enterprises in financing, investment, working capital management, distribution and other aspects, and find out the reasons for these problems, finally, according to the analysis of the causes of the problem put forward reasonable suggestions and countermeasures.Key words: Private enterprise，Financial management， Problem discussi...
