I摘 要专业认同是影响高等教育质量高低的重要要素,它不仅潜移默化着大学生在校四年的学习过程,对大学生未来的发展规划也有一定程度的影响。全文主要用文献分析法、问卷调查法、访谈法开展研究。首先,通过文献分析法,查阅有关专业认同的资料,大体上把握专业认同的基本情况;其次,对 L 大学教育科学学院教育学专业的一年级本科生开展问卷调查,掌握具体的学生对于教育学专业认同的情况;最后,从所调查的学生中抽取五名同学进行访谈,通过问答具体地了解他们对于教育学的看法,他们自身专业认同的现状,从而探究专业认同的影响因素,并提出针对性建议。能够基本呈现教育学大一新生专业认同的现势及留存问题,在此基础上,具体分析了造成这种情况的原因,可以为教育学专业的发展和人才培养供给一些针对性和可操作性的对策和建议,并帮助学生正确地认识他们所学的专业,提高他的学习热情,合理计划自己的大学生活,实现人生价值。关键词:教育学;一年级本科生;专业认同IIAbstractProfessional identity is the key to the quality of higher education, which does not only affect the four-year study career of college students, but also has a certain degree of influence on their future development planning.
