“她世纪”的到来,女性逐渐实现财富自由,拥有更多的闲暇时间外出旅游这使得女性成为酒店行业的潜在客户。本文首先通过问卷调查和访谈的方法,了解女性住客对酒店服务消费偏好的基本情况。其次通过整理和分析厦门万豪酒店及会议中心的女性住客消费体验实际感受,从而得出厦门万豪酒店及会议中心存在着价格体系不合理、服务质量一般的问题,并从市场定位、网络营销、价格体系与客户满意度四个层面给厦门万豪酒店及会议中心提供女性住客消费体验的对策。关键词:消费者偏好;女性住客;厦门万豪酒店及会议中心AbstractWith the arrival of “Her Century”, women gradually realize their freedom of wealth and have more leisure time to travel, which makes women potential customers in the hotel industry. This article firstly understands the basic situation of female guests’ preference for hotel services through questionnaires and interviews. Secondly, by sorting and analyzing the actual experience of female guests’ consumption experience in the Xiamen Marriott Hotel and Conference Center, it is concluded that the Xiamen Marriott Hotel and Conference Center has problems with unreasonable price system and general service quality.
