I年产 1500 吨狗肉制品加工工厂设计摘 要：本论文主要进行了年产 1500 吨的狗肉制品加工的工厂设计，从我国食用狗肉的历史开始分析，结合现在国内同类产品数量少，需求却在上升的实际情况对市场前景进行评估，再加上对原材料及交通条件的综合考虑，最终确定在山东省济宁市嘉祥县进行建厂。根据开发产品的工艺流程，对生产车间及工厂设施进行设计，制定出合理的车间布局另外，加强厂区辅助设施以及生活设施的建设，包括科学研发中心、仓库、公共设施中心办公楼、餐厅以及宿舍等。同时，注重环保，对污水等有系统的处理举措，注意检测产品质量，严格按照国家标准进行。最后，对投资成本、利润等进行估算。本项目总投资 8350万元，年经营费用 9095 万元，年利润可达 2103.75 万元，投资回收期约 3.97 年。关键词：狗肉；生产工艺；工厂设计；物料衡算；工厂图纸IIDesign of a processing plant with an annual output of 1,500 tons of dog meats productsAbstract: This paper mainly designs the factory for processing dog meat products with an annual output of 1500 tons, and analyzes from the history of edible dog meat in China, combined with the fact that the number of similar products in China is small, but the demand is rising.
