摘 要首先,以福州泰禾铂尔曼酒店为研究对象,结合国内外相关培训理论,并采用问卷调查法及个别访谈法对福州泰禾铂尔曼酒店的基层员工培训体系现状进行调查研究。将调查结果收集汇总,然后进行整合分析,并结合酒店的实际运营情况及员工自身的特点,以明确基层员工培训体系优化的整体构思。最后根据酒店及员工的需求,从三个层面进行培训需求分析,并在培训项目设计方面,从五个方面进行具有针对性的优化。关键词:基层员工培训;培训体系优化;福州泰禾铂尔曼酒店AbstractFirst of all, Taking Fuzhou Taihe Pullman hotel as the research object, combining with the relevant training theories at home and abroad, and using questionnaire survey and individual interview method to investigate the current situation of the training system of grassroots employees in Fuzhou Taihe Pullman hotel.
