摘 要国家对重工业进行把控的时候,明确地指出了数控技术在重工中所占的地位,它起到了决定性的作用,现在,国家是否进入现代化,工业是否能够自动化,柔性化,集成化,都是看数控技术是否能够应用在机械制造业,它已经成为了一个标准。现代制造业的产业结构和生产出产品的不同类型,都是由数控技术所引导的。现代的车间中,数控机床已经随处可见,大部分零件都已经依靠数控机床来进行加工,数控技术的实质是机械行业和计算机技术的融合,最终我们创造出了CAD,CAM.FMS 等一些软件来配合真正机械加工的时候做一些模拟仿真制图等,而这些软件也是依附于机械技术的,一旦失去了机械的技术这些软件也不会发挥自身的作用,所以我们机械专业的学生是离不开这些软件的。数控车床平面斜轨迹控制系统是本篇论文的主要研究内容,并通过详细的过程对进给传动系统设计、控制系统的设计以及了解滚珠丝杆螺母副进行预紧的原因和方法等,最后完成程序的编写。本篇论文会得到一些结论,这些结论是通过大量的计算得来的,在零件被加工之前是一个有效的保障。 关键词:数控机床;平面;斜线轨迹AbstractCNC technology and CNC machine tools play an important role in today's machinery manufacturing industry.
