企业新生代员工管理策略研究【摘要】: 随着经济全球化的到来,企业对人力资源的要求也就越来越高,企业需要通过具备高素质的人才来强化企业自身竞争力,对企业来说人才已经成为一种必不可少的战略资源。目前,新生代员工正陆续走出校园,步入职场,90 后已经成为企业发展的动力源泉,甚至一些 90 后已成为企业核心领导。这些新生代员工不但为企业注入了新鲜活力,也让企业更加年轻,保持活力。这些新生代的思维方式与管理理念与企业的传统管理模式存在矛盾,迫切需要企业进行适应时代发展的自我革新。企业如何切实管理好新生代员工,让新生代员工与企业发展模式相融合,在这个瞬息万变的新时代斩浪前行就是企业目前最需要思考的问题。这篇文章主要对企业中新生代员工的特点进行分析总结,从中发现新生代员工适合企业与不适合企业发展的方面,以找出企业在新生代员工管理上存在的问题,并进行相应的分析,找到问题是如何产生的,之后在对相关资料进行总结研究后提出企业对于新生代员工的管理对策。以提高我国企业在面对传统管理模式与新生代员工之间的存在矛盾的能力为企业管理向以人为本的管理理念上的转化,让企业能够切实发挥新生代员工的积极性与创造力做出贡献。【关键词】: 新生代员工;个性特征;管理策略AbstractWith the advent of economic globalization, enterprises have higher and higher requirements for human resources.
