摘 要民间博物馆是一个文化机构，具有保护和传承传统文化的重大作用，也是博物馆系统中的重要组成部分之一。本文以民间博物馆这一角度出发，主要采用文献研究法、调查法等对畲族文化的保护与传承进行研究。文章认为，由于博物馆重收藏轻展出、政府对民间博物馆支持力度不够、畲族文化专业人才匮乏、畲族民众“文化自觉”程度低、民间博物馆运营模式单一等原因，民间博物馆在畲族文化保护与传承中存在经费短缺、畲族藏品质量不高、藏品收藏不规范、使用率低等问题。通过采取培养和引进民间博物馆畲族专业人才，提高相关部门对博物馆在畲族文化保护与传承中作用的认识，提高畲族民众的“文化自觉”，调整博物馆重收藏轻展出的传统，推动民间博物馆与区域内旅游资源的合作共赢这几种形式，使民间博物馆更好地发挥其在畲族文化保护与传承中的作用。关键词：民间博物馆；畲族文化；保护与传承AbstractThe Folk Museum is a cultural institution that plays a major role in protecting and inheriting traditional culture, and is also an important part of the museum system.
