北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计年产 1 万吨医用透明 PP 树脂的合成工艺设计摘要PP 具备良好的化学性能、耐磨性好、耐热、绝缘性好，在电子、包装、器械方面均有广泛的利用价值。而医用透明 PP 除了有以上的价值外，还能拥有高透明性、无毒、透明性更好，广泛地被应用于医疗制品方面。由于医用透明 PP 具有良好的市场与应用价值，本次设计就对医用透明 PP 树脂进行生产设计，设计的预期目标为年产量 1 万吨。针对本次设计，通过查阅资料、阅读书籍以及文献来确定基础物料和催化剂，决定使用 PP 粉料为基础物料来生产医用透明 PP。然后通过物料、热量、设备、成本等方面进行统一核算，然后画出整个工艺流程图和设备厂房，完成本次年产 1 万吨的医用透明 PP 树脂的合成工艺设计。关键词:医疗制品,透明PP，透明剂北京理工大学珠海学院 2016 届本科生毕业设计Synthesis process design of medical transparent PP resin with annual output of 10000 tonsAbstractPP has good chemical properties, good wear resistance, heat resistance and insulation, and has a wide range of use value in electronics, packaging and equipment.
