摘要度假型酒店作为旅游产业的重要元素,随着旅游产业发展的同时也面临着严峻的市场竞争与考验。而宴会作为酒店营销的重要方式之一,在面临激烈的行业竞争中,仍需要不断的提升其宴会产品质量。由此来缓解酒店经营压力,确保酒店持续稳定的经营状态。对此,在此次课题的研究中以厦门日月谷温泉度假酒店宴会产品为例,通过问卷调查进行分析便于了解其宴会产品中存在的不足之处。通过此次分析获悉,目前厦门日月谷度假温泉酒店宴会产品存在市场细分不足、宴会标准单一以及宣传力度不足等问题,基于分析的问题结合目前市场环境提出了以下几点对策:通过采用诸如互联网视频、APP 等现代新媒体技术满足消费者的体验需求,加大产品创新元素提高消费者宴会产品的参与度,注重公关业务提高宣传力度及范围,提高宴会服务水平制定国际服务标准。通过上述对策的实施以求实现厦门日月谷度假温泉酒店宴会产品优化,也由衷的希望此次课题的研究,能够为我国酒店宴会产品优化起到借鉴参考的作用与意义。关键词:宴会产品;酒店;旅游业;厦门日月谷温泉度假村AbstractAs an important element of tourism industry, resort hotel is facing severe market competition and test with the development of tourism industry.
