摘 要在经济快速发展的 21 世纪,人们不管是在物质上还是在精神层面上都得到了大幅度的发展,更倾向于想要得到心理上的满足和自我实现的需要。所以,作为科学技术的一项展示品和知识的传递物,海洋世界已经成为了旅游业的重要组成部分。新颖的海洋世界的发展给人们提供了不一样的感受。以福建省首个大型海洋馆景区“罗源湾海洋世界”营业部为例进行探讨研究,通过观察、分析营运部门在人员管理和选拔、技能培训与考核、活动举办、科普教育基地建设等方面存在的问题,进行有针对性的对策研究,以期达到优化营运部门结构、完善营运部门运营管理、提高部门和景区的工作效率、增加经济效益的效果。关键词:罗源湾;海洋世界公园;营运部;问题;对策IAbstractIn the 21st century, with the rapid economic development, people have been greatly developed in both material and spiritual aspects, and they are more inclined to get psychological satisfaction and self realization needs.
