山西省盂县秀水镇居民政治参与现状及问题研究摘 要 在具备中国特色的社会主义民主政治建设工作中，居民参政是代表性较高的现象，可推进该群体有序政治参与，对国家、社会和其本身的发展具有重大推动作用。然而在当代社会，居民政治参与面临着组织化程度低、缺乏参与渠道、社会歧视等诸多问题。究其原因，主要是居民自身教育水平低、城乡二元户籍制度限制，与国家中没有建设完整性较高的法律法规等原因。如果要让居民可以适当的方式参政，就需要普及并加强文化教育、改革户籍制度、完善相关法律法规，通过多方面的努力，方可令居民可通过合理的方式参政，并让社会主义的民主政治工作落实得更到位。本文以山西省盂县秀水镇居民为探究对象分析其政治参与情况，以得出其政治参与中存在的问题，最后提出相应的解决策略。关键词：居民 政治参与 民主政治 Research on the Status Quo and Problems of Political Participation of the Residents in Xiushui Town, Jing County, ShanxiAuthor’s Name: ×××□□Tutor: ×××ABSTRACT：In the work of building socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics, residents' participation in politics is a highly representative phenomenon, which can promote the orderly political participation of the group and play a significant role in promoting the country, society and its own development.However, in contemporary society, residents' political participation faces many problems such as low degree of organization, lack of participation channels, and social discrimination.
