本科论文摘 要随着我国经济增长,零售业不断发展,近年来国外零售业在中国不断开阔市场,对于我国仍处于初期发展的与国际零售企业有明显差距的企业有着巨大的竞争力。服装零售业的多元化发展的同时消费者对服装企业的各项要求也随之提高,对于企业而言,建立和健全一套完善的员工培训理论体是提升提升企业的核心竞争力的重要原因之一。本文从员工培训理论角度出发,结合国内外相关文献研究成果,以 hotwind·热风员工培训管理体系为研究对象,结合企业运营特点以及培训状况发现员工培训存在的问题:师资力量不高培训方式单一、培训制度不健全、培训和绩效没有良好的链接对此展开原因分析并且提出相应的解决对策。一是建立健全培训讲师团队,进行讲师激励多元化发展;二是根据公司发展需要,为不同职级的员工进行培训技能和培训课程设计,并进行实操能力考核;三是根据时间统筹规定制定科学的培训计划,完善培训评估保障体系;四是提出了文化和制度保障以及资金人员保障措施。就热风公司进行现状分析发现其员工培训存在的问题并且提出员工培训体系优化方案,既能优化员工结构,又能使其具有专业的业务知识技能和实操能力,对于员工团队的建设和企业的发展有着非常大的帮助。关键词:培训体系优化;连锁企业;员工培训Abstract本科论文Development along with our country economic growth, retail, foreign retail constantly open market in China in recent years, for the development of our country is still in the early and international retail enterprises have obvious gap of the diversification of the competitiveness of the enterprise has a huge clothing retailers and consumers to the requirements of the clothing enterprises increases, for the enterprise, establish and improve a set of perfect body staff training theory is one of the main reasons for improve enterprise core competitiveness.In this paper, from the Angle of the theory of staff training, in combination with related literature at home and abroad research achievements, to hotwind hot air staff training management system as the research object, combining with the characteristics of e...
