保险行业销售人员薪酬制度分析——基于中国平安保险集团案例研究【摘要】在飞速发展的经济大环境下,企业生存越来越困难,要想在市场中长久生存并占有一定份额,就需要有比其他企业更加突出的优势和持久的竞争力,而在这里面,人才作为企业不可忽视的重要资源之一,这一观点得到绝大部分管理者的认可。在人力资源管理中,最能吸引人才的便是一个企业的薪酬制度。完善的薪酬制度不仅吸引并留住企业的优秀人才,还能为企业的长远发展保驾护航但薪酬制度不是一成不变的,要根据企业发展战略和市场环境的变化做出适当调整。在这种前提下,本文对中国平安保险集团佛山支公司销售人员的薪酬制度进行了调查,并通过案例分析和问卷调查等方法找出企业现存薪酬制度存在的不足最后结合本科专业学习的知识提出改进方案。【关键词】中国平安 销售人员 薪酬制度1Analysis of the salary system of the salesmen in the insurance industry -- Based on the case study of Ping An insurance group of China[Abstract] In the rapid development of economy, the enterprise survival more difficult, to long-term survival in the market and occupy a certain share, you need to have the advantage of been more evident than other enterprises and lasting competitiveness, and in this talent as one of the important resources in the enterprise can not be ignored, this view recognised by most managers.
