本科论文摘 要目前,我国餐饮业已成为我国三大产业中增长最快的产业之一。必胜客作为中国餐饮业的领头羊,以其独特的品牌特色国际化和管理本土化,不仅有国外的缩影先进的培训体系,也有在国内餐饮业中普遍存在因不平衡的本土化而产生的培训问题。本文考察了必胜客餐厅员工培训的现实性,包括餐饮业的主要内容企业培训,实际投资,常用方法,总结餐饮企业员工培训,主要针对以下三个问题,从培训计划、培训实施、培训评估等方面进行安排。之后了解饭店员工培训的环境,在本文中进行了一次必胜客员工培训管理系统的现场研究,了解培训架构、培训组织、培训体系、培训方法、人力资源状况、培训指导和培训管理活动的实施过程及衔接研究。此外,还指出了必胜客餐厅目前存在的问题,包括培训计划、培训实施和培训效果评估问题;基于实地调查的必胜客的员工培训管理体系,本文通过对员工培训现状的分析,必胜客的员工培训存在以下问题:培训内容为不合理;专业培训水平低;更注重入职工作培训而不是在职培训。除此之外,必胜客的培训结合了人力资源相关理论,并对相关原因进行了分析,包括需求分析,责任心模糊,忽视评价反馈。在此基础上,结合必胜客的学习理论和激励理论对员工培训,并提出相应的改进措施针对存在的问题提出建议,包括培训计划、培训优化措施的实施与评价。本科论文关键词:培训与开发;必胜客;人力资源本科论文AbstractAt present, China's catering industry has become one of the fastest growing industries among China's three major industries.As a leader in China's catering industry, pizza hut has its unique international brand characteristics and localized management.
