奥买家集团的人力资源流动性研究【摘要】本文以奥买家集团为研究对象,在相关人力资源管理理论的基础上,首先分析了奥买家集团的人力资源流动现状,其中员工的过度流失导致了奥买家集团的员工流动率过高,进而分析了员工高流动率给奥买家集团带来的不好影响。其次在对奥买家集团员工进行的访谈和问卷调查的数据基础上,分析了奥买家集团员工过度流失的主要成因,并就奥买家集团在人力资源管理中存在的问题,有针对性的提出了奥买家集团员工合理流动的管控措施。最后对本次研究进行了总结与展望。【关键词】员工流动率;成因;管控On Human Resource Mobility of Austrian Buyer Group [Abstract] This article takes the Austrian Buyer Group as the research object.
