本科论文摘 要本文主要研究直接薪酬满意度与薪酬激励效应之间的关系,收集之前学者的研究文献,基于薪酬管理的相关理论,以中小学辅导机构研究对象,通过对中小学辅导机构员工发放问卷的调查方式收集数据为,通过 SPSS 24.0 分析软件对收集到的相关数据进行了信度,效度,相关性以及线性回归分析,探索直接薪酬满意度与薪酬激励效应之间的关系,分析直接薪酬满意度对薪酬激励效应的影响,得出结论。研究证明直接薪酬满意度与薪酬激励效应之间有明显的正相关关系,有明显的正向影响。从分析所得出的结果提出了一些与薪酬激励效应相关的建议,对中小学辅导机构企业提高薪酬激励效应有一定的参考作用,有助于企业提高核心竞争力,在竞争中处于更有力的地位。关键字:薪酬管理,薪酬激励效应,直接薪酬满意度,中小学辅导机构本科论文AbstractThis paper mainly studies the relationship between direct compensation satisfaction and compensation incentive effect, collects the research literature of previous scholars, based on the relevant theory of compensation management, takes the primary and secondary school counseling institutions as the research object, collects the data through the questionnaire survey on the employees of the primary and secondary school counseling institutions, and through SPSS 24.0 analysis software carries out reliability, validity, correlation and linear regression analysis on the collected data, explores the relationship between direct compensation satisfaction and compensation incentive effect, analyzes the impact of direct compensation satisfaction on compensation incentive effect, and draws a conclusion.
