本科论文摘 要员工配置和员工招聘是企业人力资源管理的核心问题,也是影响企业生存和发展的重要因素,现今我国绝大多数企业都有专门的人事部门负责这项工作,但是在许多企业中虽然人事部门的人力资源管理水平有些差强人意,从一定程度上导致了企业人力资源的浪费,增大了企业的经营成本,同时也阻碍了企业对于优秀人才的吸纳,制约了企业的发展。对于我国中小企业来说,员工招聘及配置问题的重视程度还不够,这是导致许多企业在该方面欠缺较大的主要原因。本文通过实例分析法和文献参考法,对于鞍山顺鑫投资信息咨询有限公司员工招聘及配置情况进行了深入的研究。本文通过研究发现,鞍山顺鑫公司在员工招聘及配置方面存在着一些问题,为了企业的进一步发展,这些问题必须得到解决,本文在立足于前人成熟的理论体系的基础上,对鞍山顺鑫公司员工招聘及配置工作中存在的一些问题有针对性的提出了解决建议,顺鑫公司应当丰富招聘形式、优化招聘规划、完善配置原则、优化配置目标、提高配置效果,促进公司人力资源管理水平的提升。关键词:人力资源管理;员工招聘;员工配置本科论文AbstractStaffing and employee recruitment are the core issues of human resource management in an enterprise, and also an important factor affecting the survival and development of an enterprise.
