Y 企业的员工激励机制研究【摘要】自从改革开放以后,发展迅速的中国民营企业实力不断扩大,在国内民营企业的稳步壮大和持续发展过程中,企业是否能够优质管理、有效管理是一个十分重要的因素,而分属于人力资源管理的激励理论体系在企业管理中发挥着不可替代的核心作用。只有让企业内部员工的工作积极性得到长期保证,企业内部员工的工作成果和工作质量才能得到应有的保障,企业的发展才可以延续。企业内部的员工激励机制将成为企业在发展过程中的关键要素,同样的,如果企业不重视员工激励机制的运用,员工激励机制或许会成为制约企业发展的一个拦路石。本文以 Y 食品有限公司为例,根据对员工进行企业内部激励机制相关问卷的调查,对收集到的数据进行汇总和分析,继而了解 Y 企业员工激励机制中所存在的问题,并提出相应的建议和意见。【关键词】激励机制;餐饮企业;物质激励Research on the staff’s incentive mechanism of Y company[Abstract] The Chinese’s enterprises have been expanding after the reform and opening up.In the process of steady growth and sustainable development of private enterprises in China, whether the enterprises can manage with high quality and effective management is a very important factor, and the incentive theory system, which belongs to human resources management, plays an irreplaceable central role in enterprise management. Only let the work enthusiasm of the internal staff of the enterprise get the long-term guarantee, the work achievement and the work quality of the internal staff of the enterprise can get the proper guarantee, and the development of the enterprise can continue. The employee incentive mechanism within the enterprise will become the key factor of the enterprise in the process of development.
