XX 公司员工培训体系与改进策略研究【摘要】随着社会经济的高速发展,人力资源已经成为社会资源中最重要的一项资源。充分认识人力资源的重要作用,有效地利用好人力资源,是做好企业管理的关键。然而,目前我国很多中小企业尚未形成完善的员工培训体系,在员工培训方面仍存在一系列问题。本文通过研究 XX 公司的员工培训体系,根据公司具体情况分析其存在的问题并提出优化策略。本文在研究的过程中,采用问卷调查法和访谈法,并搜索整理相关文献,全方面了解 XX 公司现有的培训体系。通过分析问卷数据及访谈结果,发现 XX公司的员工培训存在对培训工作不够重视、培训体系不健全、忽视培训需求分析的重要性、培训方法比较单一、缺乏完善的培训效果评估等问题。本文通过研究 XX 公司的培训体系,并结合 XX 公司实际情况,得出以下三个结论:一是企业管理者必须充分认识培训的重要性;二是开展培训工作必须有完善的培训需求分析及培训计划;三是企业必须制定培训体系并不断优化其内容。【关键词】员工培训;问题;改进策略Research on Staff Training System and Improvement Strategy of XX Company [Abstract] With the rapid development of social economy, human resources have become the most important resource among social resources.
