摘 要世界经济在发展过程中，第一、第二、第三产业所占比重随着经济发展的不同阶段而变化。当前第三产业处于高速发展时期，并且第三产业和第一、第二产业高度融合，产生了很多新兴业态，其中生产性服务业发展尤为迅速。生产性服务业作为第三产业，其功能主要为第一、第二产业服务，成为第一第二产业突破原有瓶颈的主要动力。但生产性服务业作为一种新兴业态，在其发展过程中遇到了诸如整体发展水平偏低、协同发展效应较弱、开放程度较低、内部发展结构失调等问题。针对这些问题，本文运用实证等方法进行分析，提出加大投资力度，发展重要领域；利用资源禀赋，匹配相关产业；发挥区位优势，加大开放程度；优化内部结构，提高产业效率等解决途径，据此为山东省生产性服务业的顺利健康发展提出相应的建议。 关键词：山东省；生产性服务业；经济增长 AbstractIn the development of the world economy, the proportion of the first, second and third industries changes with different stages of economic development.
