Menterprise Staff Training Management Diagnosis And System RedesignAbstract Talent, as the basis of enterprise competition, has always occupied a unique position in the development of enterprises. The importance of talent training to enterprises is self-evident. M companies determined to be the leader in the home furnishing industry have always taken a serious attitude towards talent training, hoping to train more talents through efficient training management to adapt to the company's recent strategic upgrade plan.However, after consulting the data, we find that there are still many problems in modern enterprise training management, such as difficult to excavate the training demand, traditional single training model, difficult to evaluate the effect and so on[1]. In order to realize the diagnosis of M Enterprise Training Management, this paper adopts the method of questionnaire survey and interview to carry on the thorough diagnosis of training management from three angles: Staff, training organizer and manager, sum up the problem of M enterprise. The findings of the training organization were simple, the process was formalism, the courses and methods were too traditional, and the evaluation mechanism was missing, the reason behind this lies in the traditional management mode adopted by managers, which emphasizes the short-term benefit and quantity, and neglects the subjective initiative of employees.
