M 公司的人力资源战略管理研究【摘要】随着人工智能的发展、大数据时代的来临,现代企业正面临着变化多端的环境与挑战。在如此环境下要提升竞争力,企业必须关注人力资源这一战略资源,采取科学有效的人力资源战略管理。但国内企业普遍对人力资源战略管理认识不足,其中许多企业仍采取与战略相脱离的传统人事管理制度,部分外资企业在人力资源战略管理上也仍处于初步试行阶段。因此,本文以 M公司为对象,通过问卷调查、访谈、实地调查等方法研究发现该公司在人力资源配置战略、开发战略、激励战略的规划与管理上存在若干问题,并结合理论知识为该公司提出相应解决方案,以优化 M 公司的人力资源战略管理,最终提升企业整体实力,推进企业战略的实施。【关键词】人力资源;战略管理;M 公司Research on the strategic management of human resources in M company[Abstract] With the development of artificial intelligence and the advent of big data era, modern enterprises are facing a changing environment and a variety of challenges. In order to improve competitiveness in such an environment, enterprises must pay more attention to the strategic resource of human resources and adopt scientific and effective strategic management of human resources. However, domestic enterprises generally lack of understanding of the strategic management of human resources, and many of them still take up the traditional personnel management system which is isolated from the strategy. Some foreign-funded enterprises are still in the preliminary stage of the strategic management of human resources. Therefore, this paper takes M company as the research object.
