A 公司员工招聘管理问题及对策研究【摘要】招聘作为人力资源管理中的重要板块之一,是对人才的甄选、录用和评估。随着时代的发展,人才作为第一生产力是企业发展创新的重要因素,对企业来说至关重要。越来越多的中小企业希望能引进高质量的新鲜血液来提高自身的竞争力,已经开始重视人才招聘管理。与大企业相比,中小型企业在人才吸引方面处于劣势,招聘相对困难[1]。A 公司是本文的研究对象。基于招聘管理理论,结合文献检索法,问卷调查法和访谈法,总结了公司 A 的招聘管理的不足:缺乏科学的人力资源规划、相对单一的招聘渠道、人才测评方法不完善、缺乏针对面试官的标准化培训、缺乏招聘评估反馈等问题提出相应的对策,即做好人力资源规划、多渠道发布招聘信息、有针对性地选择人才甄选方法、建立专业的面试团队管理、制定招聘评估反馈制度等优化方案。希望可以帮助 A 公司解决招聘工作中的实际问题,为公司的招聘工作提供有力的人力资源保障[2]。【关键词】A 公司、人力资源管理、招聘现状、问题与对策1Research on Problems and Countermeasures of Staff Recruitment Management in Company A[Abstract] Recruitment, as one of the important parts of human resource management, is the selection, employment and evaluation of talents.
