A 公司人力资源培训体系建设存在的问题及对策【摘要】现如今是一个以知识为基础的知识经济的时代,在竞争日益激烈的市场环境中,企业要想突破重围分得一杯羹,必定要重视企业最大的成本——员工,只有不断提升员工的职业素养,充实员工的知识、技能、能力水平,才能更好地应对快速变化的市场带来的压力,而在这之中,培训发挥着不可替代的作用。因此,本论文针对一家电商企业的培训体系进行研究,通过采用问卷调查法了解到现阶段 A 公司人力资源培训体系建设的状况,并采用文献研究法与案例分析法对培训体系的现状、培训的类型等进行对比分析,在前人的研究基础上,为 A 公司培训体系存在的问题提出相应的解决对策,最后对本论文进行了总结。【关键词】A 公司;培训;培训体系Research on the training system of A company【 Abstract 】 Nowadays, it is an era of knowledge-based economy. In the increasingly competitive market, if an enterprise wants to stand out and get a slice of the pie, it must value its employees, the biggest cost of an enterprise. Only by continuously improving the professionalism of employees, and enriching their knowledge, skills and ability, can enterprise copes with the pressure brought by the rapidly changing market better. Training plays an irreplaceable role for this. Therefore, this paper studies the training system of an e-commerce enterprise (company A). By means of questionnaire investigation to A company's human resources training system of the construction of the situation at present stage, using literature research and case analysis to analyze the present situation of the training system and the type of training, on the basis of predecessors' research, the problems existing in the training system for A company put forward the corresponding solution countermeasure.
