90 后大学生求职意向及影响因素研究--以广州大学城为例【摘要】目的:通过对广州大学城的在校生及应届毕业生进行调查研究,了解他们的求职意向,通过数据分析,寻找大学生求职意向存在的问题并提出相关的对策和建议,为他们提供就业指导建议。方法:本文采用文献综述法对此次研究做出整理并总结,结合国内外研究经验和研究成果,通过问卷对广州大学城的大学生进行调查,最后对调查结果进行分析,并得出以下结论:1.学生求职意向的情况:稳定、高薪、待遇好的工作是学生的首选;职业前景和晋升空间成为重要关注点;发达的工作地域成为热门;自主创业意识低,主动性不够。2.学生求职意向的影响因素:学校的就业指导没有针对性以及专业的限制;学生个人兴趣的倾向以及择业观的影响;社会经济发展及国家就业政策对学生求职意向都有一定的影响。【关键词】大学生;求职意向;就业指导A Study on the Job-hunting Intentions and the Influencing Factors of Post-90s College Students -- Taking Guangzhou Higher Education Mega Center as an Example[Abstract]Purpose:To conduct the investigation and research on the current students and fresh graduates in Guangzhou Higher Education Mega Center to understand their job-hunting intentions and find out the problems existing in college students' job-hunting intentions and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions through data analysis,providing them with employment guidance advice.Methods:This article sorts out and summarizes this study by using the method of literature review, based on the research experience and results at home and abroad,a survey of college students in Guangzhou Higher Education Mega Center is conducted through questionnaires.
