北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文人力资本与企业绩效关系研究--以珠海格力电器有限公司为例当今社会,人力资本推动企业发展。企业竞争主要是对人才的竞争。本文在对人力资本、企业绩效、二者关联、PEST 等理论进行梳理的前提下,以珠海格力电器有限公司为例,通过数个案研究和数据分析等方法得出人力资本对企业绩效有着积极影响的结论。之后就如何提高人力资本的管理,结合珠海格力电器的对人力资本管理优势,为其他同类企业提供人力资本改革思路,用以提高人力资本管理水平。关键词:人力资本;企业绩效;PEST;格力电器I北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文AbstractIn today's society, human capital drives enterprise development. Enterprise competition is mainly competition for talents. On the premise of combing the theories of human capital, enterprise performance, their relationship and pest, this paper takes Zhuhai Gree Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. as an example, through several case studies and data analysis, it is concluded that human capital has a positive impact on corporate performance.
