人口老龄化对养老保险制度的影响及对策研究摘要：本文采用文献研究法、理论与实践相结合方法以及经验总结法，针对当前我国人口老龄化的成因和现状展开细致的研究分析，对其未来的发展趋势进行评估，并以此为基础探讨因为人口老龄化的这一社会现象的日益严重从而引发的对养老保险制度的影响。本文主要以三个方面入手来分析探讨我国养老保险制度所面临的人口老龄化的影响，分别是：养老保险持续性、养老支出以及养老保险金管理，同时提出了社会互动、协商一致、从我国基本国情出发，构建企业补充养老保险、促进养老基金管理机构发展、逐步建立全国统一的养老保险制度、加强基金管理，实现资金安全增值、调整退休年龄，减缓人口老龄化对养老保险的冲击等解决方案。关键词：人口老龄化；养老保险制度；对策研究Study on the Impact and Countermeasures of Aging Population on the Endowment Insurance SystemAbstract：This paper uses the literature research method, the experience summarization method and the combination of theory and practice to analyze the development trend of population aging from the aspects of the ageing and current situation of population aging, and finds that the aging population has an old-age insurance system.
