纵观我国主题公园发展的三十年，主题公园建设日渐成为我国旅游业发展中不可或缺的一部分。中国的旅游业正由观光游览时代跨入体验互动时代，旅游者需求的多样化和个性化，使得各种类型的主题公园层出不穷。但主题公园历来都是被贴着“高风险、高投资”标签，然而未必能得到“高回报”的旅游开发项目。成功经营的主题公园将为投资者带来高额的经济收入，促进城市旅游业的发展，若失败则会造成资源耗费和经济亏损。通过查阅国内外文献资料，笔者发现正确的选址是主题公园健康长久发展的前提条件。本文中，笔者以厦门方特主题公园作为研究对象，与相同类型综合评价较高的主题公园选址特点进行比较，探究主题公园如何进行科学的布局，最后总结未来我国主题公园建设发展的重要启示。关键词：厦门方特；主题公园；选址；因素AbstractThroughout the 30 years of the development of theme parks in China, theme parks have increasingly become an indispensable tourism resource in the development of tourism in our country. China's tourism industry is stepping into the era of experience interaction from the era of sightseeing. The diversification and individuation of tourists' needs make various types of theme parks emerge in endlessly. However, theme parks have always been labeled as "high-risk, high-investment" tourism development projects, but they may not get "high returns". Successful theme parks will bring high economic income to investors and promote the development of urban tourism.
