人工智能技术在酒店人力资源管理中的应用摘要在工业 4.0 中，不同形式的人工智能技术是工业生产，医疗保健，物流运输，军事国防，酒店餐饮等各个领域向更高级形态演变的关键技术。文章介绍了人工智能技术在世界各国不同领域的应用背景，论述了我国的酒店行业在现阶段发展状况下进行智能化转型的必要性。同时介绍了各种人工智能技术在酒店行业中的应用。当今酒店人力资源管理正面临着一系列问题，如：人力资源成本上升、员工流动率高、激励体系难以达标等。将智能决策支持系统（IDSS）等人工智能技术应用于酒店人力资源管理的各个模块之中，完善酒店管理系统智能化和运营服务智能化相结合的人工智能体系，是解决酒店人资管理现存问题，提高管理效率的一种新思路。关键词人工智能；智能化；酒店；人力资源管理AbstractFrom 21 century, the development of energy technology, space technology, artificial intelligence technology and more high technology has remodeled our economy and lifestyle. All kinds of industries are facing both challenges and opportunities as the Industry 4.0 comes with some new feature of economic development. This article introduced artificial intelligence technology’ s applying to industry manufacture, medical treatment, logistics transportation, military and national defense, hotels and restaurant and more. It discussed the necessity of hotel intelligentization. Rising human-resource cost, high employee flow rate and inefficient incentive system became serious problem of hotels.
