散打运动员力量素质训练方法与研究摘 要:通常情况下的散打竞技的成绩是受到多方面的因素影响的,这项运动主要考验的就是运动员身体的力量与耐力特性。但是,近些年的一些研究表明,通过增强运动员的体能,对于提升其散打成绩方面非常有效。经过多年的发展,我国散打运动员的实力突飞猛进,但是由于各种各样的原因致使体能因素成为我国散打运动员的一个短板一直影响着我国散打成绩的提升。因此针对我国运动员的体质情况进行体能方面的研究,寻找切实有效的体能训练方式对提升我国运动员散打实力具有非常重要的现实意义。本文结合我国运动员实际情况对其力量训练的方法进行了一系列的研究讨论。关键词:散打运动;力量素质;素质训练Research on Training Method of Sanda Athletes'Strength QualityAbstract:As a typical strength-endurance project, the improvement of Sanda performance is the result of many factors. However, most experts generally believe that physical fitness is the most important reason for the improvement of Sanda performance. Although Sanda in China has made great progress in recent years, the poor physical condition has been the main factor restricting the further improvement of Sanda level in China. Therefore, scientific diagnosis of physical fitness of Sanda athletes and exploration of physical fitness training theory and practice mode suitable for the characteristics of the event are important measures to further improve the performance of Sanda in China.
