本科论文本科论文摘 要现代企业面临着越来越激烈的人才竞争,校园招聘已成为企业选拔人才重要的方式,同时人才测评在校园招聘中发挥了重要的作用。本文以山东交通学院为例,对其校园招聘现状进行了调查,并对企业使用的人才测评方法进行了分析,指出了目前人才测评在校园招聘中存在者诸如试题不合理、评测时长、测评方法的选用、评判不科学等问题,并针对这些问题提出了完善措施:企业应该建立科学的人才测评体系并确定好人才测评的流程,正确选择测评方法,组建专业的团队进行招聘,并通过网络平台和多轮次甄选提升人才测评的有效性。关键字:校园招聘,人才测评,测评方法,改善措施本科论文Abstract Modern enterprises are facing more and more fierce talent competition. Campus recruitment has become an important way for enterprises to select talents. Meanwhile, talent assessment plays an important role in campus recruitment.
