II摘 要近年来,在我国中等教育事业稳步发展背景下,许多地方的学校都在为提高教学环境而兴起基础建设。但繁荣的局面背后却存在不少问题,中学基础建设项目的工程造价普遍存在管理不当和控制不严的问题,因此难以降低工程成本,提高经济收益,这已经成为中学基建工程造价的难题。对于这个问题,结合现阶段中学的基建工程造价的现状,需要引进造价的动态管理和控制机制。论文先系统的介绍了这个机制,再以安徽省铜陵市下属县城枞阳县某中学新建校区的3#综合教学楼为案例进行研究,从项目全过程出发研究工程造价管理和控制理论。基于全过程的决策、设计以及竣工验收阶段自身的特点,采取一系列动态管理和控制的措施来降低工程造价。关键词:工程造价;动态管理;控制IIIA Preliminary Analysis of Engineering Cost Dynamic Management and Control— Take NO.3 Teaching Building ZongYang County as an example ABSTRACTIn recent years, with the strong support of the state, the middle school education has developed steadily, and many local schools have also made efforts to improve the teaching conditions.
