三一重工的环境责任行为研究摘要企业作为主要的自然环境资源的消耗者和自然环境的污染者，对资源的合理利用和对环境的合理保护有着不可推卸的责任。特别在当前为了实现可持续发展，我国政府提出要转变传统的粗放型经济增长模式，建立可持续发展的新型经济模式。在该模式下如何增加企业在利用和保护环境过程中尽到义务与责任成为一个非常现实和紧迫的课题。企业承担环境责任，既是企业生存发展的内在需要，也是适应客观社会时代形势变化，构建和谐社会的需要。我国企业在制定企业战略和实施企业战略的各个环节中都要充分考虑对环境的影响，遵循企业与自然环境和谐发展的客观规律，承担起环境责任，从而追求企业经济利益和社会环境利益的双赢。三一重工在企业环境责任行为方面存在一些问题企业环境意识淡薄，现实运用的环保技术少，对环境标准的贯彻不到位，采取环境换利润的经营模式等。文章提出五个方面的建议：提高企业环境责任意识；实行对产品全程控制构建企业环境责任外部监督机制；延伸企业生产责任；加大废弃物综合利用。关键词：环境责任；企业社会责任行为；环境伦理；企业绩效BEHAVIOR OF ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY SANY HEAVY ABSTRACTEnterprises as the main consumers of natural resources and the natural environment polluters, the rational use of resources and the reasonable protection of the environment has not shirk responsibility.
