犬肾衰竭的诊断和治疗【摘 要】肾脏是犬身体的重要器官，是维持机体内环境的稳态、保证新陈代谢正常进行的基础。肾衰竭是肾脏功能部分或全部丧失的病理状态，是犬临床上最常见的疾病之一。本文采用一般临床检查，结合血液生化检验等方法，对来国泰宠物医院医院就诊的 5 只病犬进行了诊断，确诊为肾衰竭。结果表明，血液生化检验是确诊肾衰竭的最佳方法，临床上犬肾衰竭治愈的成功率主要取决于送诊时机、准确诊断、病情严重程度、有效的治疗与护理，以及动物对治疗的反应等因素。本文的结果对于临床上犬肾衰竭的诊断和治疗具有一定的参考价值。【关键词】：犬；肾衰竭；诊断；治疗11 Diagnosis and treatment of canine kidney failure【Abstract】 The kidney is an important organ in the dog's body and is the basis for maintaining the homeostasis of the body's environment and ensuring the normal metabolism. The results show that blood biochemical testing is the best method for diagnosis of renal failure.
