本科论文摘 要随着当前中国社会主义市场经济的社会持续健康发展,企业整体经营规模的重要性不断扩大,企业内部管理需要通过不断创新与改善企业内部管理方式提升其企业的竞争力,促进其企业长期稳定的生存与发展。而且现当我国企业的发展已经达到一定的规模,上市公司融资已经逐渐成为了企业未来继续健康发展的一条必经之路。所以企业的上市一方面是为了可以有效规范企业的管理,推行上市公司企业的管理标准化与经营正规化。另外一方面是为了可以充分利用我国资本收益分配市场上的资金,扩大上市公司的规模,将上市公司企业的未来发展道路带入一个全新的发展高度,促进了企业长期稳定的健康发展。上市公司股利的分配形式是我国上市经济和公司长期资本收入分配的主要形式和途径,它的分配涉及到各个相关方面的根本利益,目前中国的资本收益分配市场还在处于进行完善的阶段,影响我国上市公司长期股利收益分配的影响因素众多,股利收益分配的合理,及时对于促进我国上市经济和公司的稳定健康发展有着重要的作用和意义。本文从我国上市公司的股利分配政策的基本概念、作用和意义出发,探究了影响我国上市公司的股利收益分配形式和政策的概念和影响因素,并针对当前我国资本市场的经济发展现状,提出了完善我国上市公司的股利收益分配的意见和建议,以期对于我国经济和资本市场的健康稳定发展进一步有所影响和帮助。关键词：上市公司，股利分配，资本市场，企业融资本科论文AbstractWith the continuous development of China's economy and the continuous expansion of the scale of state-owned and private enterprises, enterprises need to improve the competitiveness of enterprises through continuous innovation and improvement of internal Administration, and promote the extended and stable development of enterprise.
