浅谈电子商务企业的内部审计——以京东集团为例【摘要】电子商务企业，尤其是综合网上购物商城，业务多样，产品繁多，分工精细，事业部众多，管理比较复杂，这对公司内部的管理控制提出了很高的要求。其中，内部审计对公司的繁荣起着关键作用。本文从电子商务企业的特点入手，结合京东集团的具体案例，试图说明电子商务企业内部审计的特点和现状，同时就目前存在的问题给出建议，为其他企业提供一定的参考。【关键词】内部审计；电子商务企业；京东集团The Internal Audit of E-commerce Enterprises——Taking JD.com as an ExampleAbstract: E-commerce companies, especially integrated online shopping malls, have diverse businesses, numerous products, fine division of labor, numerous business divisions, and complex management.
