摘 要三氯卡班是一种新型的抗菌剂,因有连续、温和、稳定的杀菌特点,被广泛应用于日常生活中。因其具有生物累积性而在环境中长期存在,本实验选择三氯卡班(Chemical class card,简称 TCC)和锦鲫作为实验材料,在室内模拟条件下进行半静态染毒实验,研究低浓度 10 mg/kg、高浓度 100 mg/kg 的三氯卡班对锦鲫肝脏抗氧化防御系统的影响。实验结果:在 KP 10mg/kg 时,锦鲫的SOD 酶活性先抑制后诱导上升,CAT 酶活性先抑制后诱导再抑制下降,这说明锦鲫的抗氧化防御系统损伤并不明显;在 KP100mg/kg 时,锦鲫 SOD 酶活性均受到诱导上升,CAT 酶活性均受到抑制下降,这说明锦鲫的抗氧化损伤受到伤害。这说明更高浓度的 KP 或者更长的暴露时间才会对锦鲫的 SOD、CAT 酶活性起到显著的诱导和抑制作用,但这些体内表征的变化都说明了三氯卡班能导致锦鲫肝脏的氧化损伤。关键词: 锦鲫;三氯卡班;抗氧化防御系统;SOD;CATAbstractTrichlorocarban is a new antibacterial agent, which is widely used in daily life because of its continuous, mild and stable sterilization characteristics.
